- Analyse the organisation's IT portfolio to assess performance, risks, and opportunities for optimisation
- Develop and maintain portfolio management processes, including project selection criteria, prioritisation methods, and performance metrics
- Collaborate with business units and IT teams to align portfolio initiatives with strategic objectives and business priorities
- Monitor project progress and resource utilisation to identify potential issues and recommend corrective actions
- Prepare reports and presentations for senior management, highlighting portfolio performance, key insights, and recommendations
- Conduct scenario analysis and sensitivity testing to evaluate the impact of changes in resource allocation or project priorities
Ihr Profil
- Proven experience in IT portfolio management, project management, or related roles.
- Proficiency in portfolio management tools and software, such as Microsoft Project, Jira, or similar platforms.
- Worked in a fast-paced Retail environment
- Experience working with global teams
- Proven experience using MS Excel and other tools to structure analysis and MS PowerPoint and others to present complex findings
