- Process Identification: Identify all the processes and subprocesses and the steps involved in the current market to order process
- Current State Mapping: Document the current processes, workflows, and interactions between departments for order receipt, production planning, manufacturing, and delivery
- Gather Pain Points: Collect feedback from stakeholders about the pain points, issues, and challenges in the existing process
- Data Collection: Gather information related to existing orders, production schedules, resource allocation, and delivery processes

- Knowledge in Jira, Confluence
- FMCG Experience
