How you can contribute:

  • As a Field Sales Representative in charge, you will take responsibility for managing sales and margins for our medium-sized and large cloud software solutions in Western and Central Europe.
  • Identify and develop strategies to commercialise our new cloud software products and services across established and emerging market segments.
  • You will be responsible for developing and executing a strategic sales plan to achieve growth in specific market segments.
  • Conduct in-person visits to qualified potential customers, fostering new business relationships and opportunities.
  • Ensure satisfaction and retention of key accounts through proactive management and personalized service.
  • Utilize the CRM system diligently to maintain accurate records and provide informed insights during monthly sales calls.
  • Attend various marketing events, including conferences and webinars, to establish and strengthen relationships with customers.
  • Gather and provide Voice of the Customer (VOC) feedback to support marketing strategies and product development initiatives.

Your Qualification:

  • Master’s degree in the field hydrology and/or meteorology or equivalent qualifications.
  • Additionally, you should demonstrate a hunter mentality, engaging in proactive business development with a focus on outcome-oriented sales activities.
  • Strong communication and networking skills are required.
  • Experience in the tender business is a plus.
  • Possess the ability to evaluate sales efforts against expected benefits and sales volumes, showcasing good time management and prioritization skills.
  • Proficiency with MS Office is a must.
